Milk replacers

Since 1978, Frabes has been manufacturing milk replacers and raw materials for zootechnical use.

Frabes GMF consists of MOS GOS and FOS. It is produced by a patented process that makes the three main components integrated in the right ratio between them.

GMF selectively stimulates the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut that produce short-chain fatty acids.

These promote intestinal health and are a condition for better development of the young animal. The relationship between the “good” bacteria and the immune system significantly influences growth.

GOS is a natural prebiotic produced from synthesized lactose during the manufacturing process of Frabes WPC, WPGOS consists of galacto-oligosaccharides that reach the intestine unchanged. They increase immune resistance and the development of beneficial microflora; prevent intestinal diseases, favour the absorption of nutrients and reduce toxic ones.

MOS and FOS are the natural prebiotics that ensure the proper growth of the animal. Produced by concentrating and synthesizing stabilized and inactivated Saccharomy- ces cerevisiae, they have a beneficial effect against pathogenic bacteria that inhabit the intestine and a natural antioxidant function that increases resistance to infection.
